Created a new writing discussing project work done on Ruby on Rails.
This introduces a change to js/project-functions.js where an optional parameter has been integrated to allow the setting of the default value for the font-size of code blocks. The code used to accomplish this was minimally lazy/ad-hoc, so may want to come back and optimize.
Also updated styles used in the image gallery to give a sense of highlighting as a visitor hovers over an image.
Related to the actual new writing: I still may add a couple of paragraphs to the preface section. Will do this via general_edits branch if need be.
