Html minifier #125

cd ~/hugo/mysite/themes/hugo-theme-bootstrap4-blog npm install html-minifier

I am not positive that I have everything configured just right for the masses. Hoping you could take a look. This is working really well for me on my site.

by default I include --preserve-line-breaks so that the source code is still readable, if you remove this paramater then it will minify even farther.

seems i screwed this one up, will try again.
