Add keywords #84

Hi Alan,

the keyword generation for blog posts is somewhat limited. Also the used sources are mainly meant for navigational purposes and don't necessarily match the requirements for keywords.

So I added configurable keywords which can be set on the single post level.

I hope you like the idea.

Sure, I'm not opposed to this. I know some people will like it. I tend to be conservative with the search engine optimization—you don't want Google to think you're keyword stuffing! After all, Google reads and considers your post body (in addition to title, categories, etc).

As this is a change that contains code I will have to actually test it before merging. Gimme a day or two. Thanks! 😄

Code is clean and works with various combinations of keywords, categories, and tags. I'm sure some people will find this useful! Thanks.
