The link provided for Eigen download in the Build instructions Dependices section, is dead (maybe not permanent... definitely dead today 17th Oct '23)
I found a full Eigen repository, and 3.4.0 is available in the stale branches from here: https://gitlab.com/libeigen/eigen/-/branches/stale
this might be a safer link to use in the README.md
