Various module updates #403

These are the "low risk" updates, I haven't yet:

updated UI components
updated npm (it causes issues)
updated babelify (it causes issues)
updated github to the new name

Testing:

unit tests pass locally and on Travis
server started locally and basic functionality seems to be ok

@alanshaw, from the PR history I see that Greenkeeper used to be enabled for this repo. Has it stopped working, or was it turned off for a reason?
