No longer tracks issues persistently #429

Seems like something's going on with https://david-dm.org/ where it's no longer persistently tracking the packages it's been told to. This means that most packages get a instead of the appropriate badge. This includes the badges in this projects README. These badges will update to their appropriate ones at some point, but will revert to the pending badge after a while.

It also means that the "Recently started watching" list on the website is constantly.
