Side-tabs to move to different views #119

Had an idea - thought it might be nice to left left and right side "tab-links" (they stay attached to same place at sides of page) that take you in a loop through the TopTop/Latest/Popular/etc cycle of views.

Makes the other views more discoverable... awaiting your thoughts...

I saw it on a website, so will post the link to show you example if I can remember it...
