Issues uploading profile photos #136

A couple of issues I've found when updating your profile:

1) In Firefox and Internet Explorer, the "Save" button doesn't seem to work. Nothing is listed in the JavaScript console as an error, but clicking it doesn't do anything. Chrome seems to be OK

2) If you have already uploaded a photo, and then go back to edit your profile (e.g. change your location) and press "Save", your photo is removed

3) The "remove pic" tickbox overlaps the "Change photo" file upload input box

Thanks, I wasn't aware of 1 and 2.
