Emails should use new "make" and "follow" links

I set up some special addresses with "make" and "follow" at the end, that auto triggers:

• the popup for making a list for a particular subject
• following a user

The emails should use these links like so:

• in the "your friend made a new list" email, there should be a link to create your version
• in the "someone followed you" email, there should be a link to follow back
