Wrong description if same remoteid and ikeid #10

Hello, I edited the zabbix-ipsec.py script to find out the correct description when there are two phase2 with the same ikeid and the same remoteid (just the localid is different).

I attach it here: zabbix-ipsec_20201113.zip
