Consider switching webradio stream to mp3. #20

I sometimes have problems with mpv connecting to the webradio sometimes. Mp3 is more widely used, so maybe switching is a good idea. Anyways, I do want to try it sometime.

If I do this, users might need to change the streaming url they use (to mp3).

If i do this, no need to change streaming url now, because nginx redirects to radico8.xoc3.io instead of radico8.xoc3.io/stream.ogg now.
