Update Conference Registration Form in WA #92

Once we have the final set of registration types and associated costs, we'll need to update those values on the conference registration form in Wild Apricot... and well as publish the registration form on the WA platform.

This should be performed in coordination with issue #91

[Updated] We have a standing agreement with OELMA to offer them ALAO member registration costs

CPC members / keynotes - free ALAO/MiALA/OELMA members, early bird - $25 Non-ALAO members, early bird - $30 Students/retirees, early bird - $10 ALAO/MiALA/OELMA members, regular rate - $30 Non-ALAO members, regular rate - $35 Students/retirees, regular rate - $15
