Description

As a developer, I want to create a footer for the application.

"Designed and Developed by " should be displayed to the left.
Social Link icons should be displayed to the right.
Use appropriate Material UI (MUI) Icons for social link icons.

Note: Must use "Filled" style MUI icons across the application.

Acceptance Criteria

Footer is always displayed at the bottom of the page (not viewport).
"Designed & Developed..." should display to the left.
Social Link icons should display to the right.
Material UI (MUI) Icons are used for social links.
