Improve server status detection #4

Set app to offline mode as soon as server is not reachable, instead of showing the sync spinner for over a minute.

Commit https://github.com/alariej/quadrix/commit/33608657ae34687ba57a69327f9794fe622dedd8 is somehow related, but not closing yet as there seems to be further issues when app opens, is quickly dismissed to background, then re-opens.
