UT 2020 has 6000 plans #182

Speaking of minor issues in 50-states data, I had noticed that the Utah 2020 data in Dataverse has 6000 plans instead of 5000 like all other states.

Okay, this is fixed in the draft of the dataverse! We can close this once that's public (post 2010 uploads).
