info command should work even if repo is unavailable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check out a workdir
2. Make the repository unavailable (move it or rename it)
3. Execute "boar info"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Boar should give us any available info on the workdir. Now boar only reports an 
error because the repo is unavailable.
