Import file order should be in some non-random order #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform an import -v on a large tree

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All files are committed in a seemingly random order. It is less confusing if 
files are committed in an alphabetical or file-system natural ordering.
