Multiple session rooted on same workdir

Does boar currently allow you to convert a given directory into a workdir and 
manage multiple sessions from it?

The idea would be that sessions in this case are essentially import profiles. 
You can have a session called "media_pics" and once called "media_vids" with 
different ignore/include filters but that are rooted on the same dir.

Since ci/co doesn't accept a session parameter, and since having 
"ignore/include" profiles is I think a not altogether unreasonable allowing 
multiple session definitions per workdir will still allowing the convenience 
workdir commands would be a nice thing

(also... having boar not import empty sessions would be swell :D, sorry 
couldn't resist bumping that issue ;)
