Dockerfile #86

It would be cool to have a perk project start with a Dockerfile set up already.

I love this idea. I have almost no experience with Docker, but I'm all for it. It would also be great to put together a guide on how to get Perk up and running with Docker.

I have this working. I just need to clean up some rough edges and write documentation. Should usage documentation go in the main README?

Hey @josecanhelp, that's awesome! I'd love to add a new guide as an alternative to Getting started with Perk on OS X

You can either put together some instructions for me in your PR and I can write it up, or you can submit a PR with a new guide in the docs repo.
