Just loaded FoC v3.8.4.. can't access options menu #18

For some strange reason the options menu doesn't appear at all, it just closes immediately. Running Rainmeter version 4.3 beta

Looking at the logs, it says refreshing skin, then another entry says V all for Options.ini
