Rotation Angle keeps snapping to 180 #30

Every time I try to change this setting to 0 or anything else, it keeps going to 180 for some reason! This is also happening with the "invert audio spectrum" option, but it's not as important to me.

well I don't know what I did but I fixed that.. but now it's doing this weird fade effect that I don't want
