For discussion of Sqlite3.

The plan is to replace the use of csv files with a sqlite3 database. This has many advantages for the application;

Less messy than a folder with many csv files.
Much easier to analyse data over long periods of time
Opens many possibilities for better graphing of waterlevels.
Sqlite3 is a perfect fit for an IoT application and will work well with years of data and millions of readings.
