Subterfuge Insallation Probelm: Installing on Ubuntu LIVE USB #154

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

In a normal installation procedure, after typing python install.py -i, it
installs subterfuge but at the end of the installation, it gives out error
message:
mv: cannot move `subterfuge/subterfuge' to `/bin/subterfuge': Permission denied
mv: cannot move `subterfuge/' to `/usr/share/subterfuge': Permission denied
Installation Complete
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to be installed correctly. I cannot figure out why it cannot move
the file. Is it the "ubuntu" user does not have administrative privileges?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am installing subterfuge in ubuntu live USB

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, i did sudo python install.py -i

anyway, i got another problem. I installed ubuntu on the machine, and installed
subterfuge again there and it installed correctly. After the installation, i
exit the terminal and open it again and typed subterfuge but it says there is
no subterfuge command. I already used sudo subterfuge but no luck. Whats wrong
again?

I have tried subterfuge before about a year ago and it worked. But this time, nothing.
