Missing entities after v2 upgrade #100

After upgrading to v2 I am missing many useful entities.

Notably, I am missing: Appliance state, Time to end, Cycle phase, Cycle sub phase, Door state, Door lock

I tried re-adding my machine and reinstalling from scratch (directly to v.2.0.7). Only thing that brings them back is to downgrade to v.1.0.19 My machine is Electrolux Serie 800 (EW8F8669Q9). I know the issue is the same as #93 but for some reason that was closed without a fix.

Maybe I was a bit fast on the trigger. Seems that Appliance state had to be enabled manually. Cycle phase, Cycle sub phase, Door state, Door lock were just renamed. Time to end is still missing though.

Also noticed door lock seems to be inverted.
