cannot create new project from existing sources or from repository #3

when creating a new project, it creates a useless cpp file (arduino uses .ino 
files) and there is no possibility to create a new project from existing 
arduino projects (with .ino files) or even from an existing repository

Unfortunately, you must manually copy-paste the setup and loop functions from 
ino to cpp.
