JSON Export should be a straight URL #11

Having to go on a page and copy-paste is a pain, there should be a straight forward url directly to the json file and not only this : https://nsa-observer.laquadrature.net/

Available on testing as ://server:port/api/export/json For now, wiki export will stay manual: the templating system is not available in server scope.
