Can't add new programs #50

Skhaen told me that I can add new programs on the website with the "new item" button. I don't see it. screenshot - 07072014 - 10 33 50

But I can edit existing programs : screenshot - 07072014 - 10 39 09

Well, seems you don't have the admin rights. I'll get this done ASAP.

I have rights now, it was a bug.
