Improvement: Timer on Chrome icon

This improvement adds timer on the Chrome badge when Worklog icon is clicked

well, unfortunately chrome doesn't allow more than 4 characters on a badge;
but I'm thinking on a desktop notification with timer; so user can close it if 
he/she doesn't want to see it... and clicking on this notification will open a 
window where user will be able to stop progress;
does it make sense?

As you see 5 characters look fine too :)

The basic my timer's idea is to see how many time elapsed from the beginning of 
task and when you have to take a break. An ex. I do 5-10 min. break after 1 
hour work.

Desktop notification takes a part of screen and if screen is small, it takes a 
lof of space and it should be closed. With badge you need not to close a 
notification.
