Glideslope altitude tick marks for ILS feathers #277

Show altitude ticks and and altitude on ILS at deep zoom levels for distances Example for 3° glideslope at 0 ft airport elevation: 9 NM (~ 3000 ft), 6 NM (~ 2000 ft) and 3 NM (~ 1000 ft).

Hi Alex, Do you use the Glideslope pitch that is available in "Information /runways". EDDM glideslope 3 degree LZTT glideslope = 3.5

If using only PAPI, do you plan to use the VASI pitch? Also Information/runways

Glideslope and VASI pitch in the elevation profile is according to the values in the Runways tab. Will be the same for this feature. Alex
