Map display slow with P3D/FSX airport weather symbols #497

Need to slow down weather requests since SimConnect cannot deliver fast enough.

Options

Fetch weather only for large airports
Use an index with airports having weather and limit display to this
Disable airport weather for P3D/FSX

Fixed by fetching weather for the 10 most important or biggest airports on the map only.
