Total Block Time: Out/Off/On/In #736

I think I may be getting picky now, but it would be nice to see at a glance the total block time in the logbook. I currently keep track of this manually.

The logbook could show something like this:

Departure
OUT: 1610Z
OFF: 1630Z

Destination
ON: 2205Z
IN: 2213Z

Flight
Block Time: 0603

User has to start the flight in LNM manually for this since not all can be detected. You never know if the user starts with running engines, adjusts fuel flow or changes aircraft later on ground and whatnot. Therefore, logbook record starts with takeoff. Means: It's a bit of work. :slightly_smiling_face:
