Feature: Align/rotate taxiway text name with taxiway #995

On official airport taxiway charts, the taxiway name text is often aligned/rotated in the same direction as that road. But Navmap doesn't do that, and it's sometimes hard to see which name is associated with which street. For example see below littlenavmap
