Find and package static files #27

I couldn't find the system's static media (images, js, css) in this repo. Any chance we could get a set together and package it up? We might consider using Django 1.3's staticfiles app: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.3/ref/contrib/staticfiles/

Went ahead and packaged things together without using staticfiles for the time being.
