Add Composite LRP example to docs #252

As mentioned in #249, documentation on custom composite LRP analyzers is still missing.

@adrhill I really wanted to use an composite LRP analyzer to a project that I'm currently working on. Can you provide a simple example of how to achieve it when using innvestigate.create_analyzer?
