The admin interface is currently just a UI mock. We need to implement,

[x] a way to create projects/move the button from the public page
[x] a way to manually assign students to groups
[ ] a way to manually/automatically assign groups to projects based on the group preference
[ ] create owner contacts
[ ] archive, lock projects
[ ] archive, lock groups
