Setup Raspberry Pi #33

Summary

There is an RPi in the clubs room. We would like to use it as a remote server, which will allow us to upload code to the Teensys in the lab from the comfort of our home. Before that though, we need to setup the latest RPi OS and verify the Pi can connect to the University internet.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] RPi OS is working
[x] RPi can ping google.ca
