No popup modal needed. Think "D2L Feed"
Use something lighter weight for text editing, MD Editor looks good.
Announcement platform priority is Discord first, then Web, then Email

Announcements created in the Admin portal are now pushing to Supabase. Still need to configure the Discord webhook, but progress.
