Avoid dealing with Raster layers. #21

This commit fixes a bug reported at GIS.SE: http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/192096/ Since the plugin acts only on Vector layers, no Raster layer should be listed in the Simplipy layer list. This commit filters out raster layers.

Merging. I'll create new version and upload to qgis plugin repository later today.

Deployed new simplipy 0.52 to qgis repository. It should appear as an update in QGIS app as soon as they approve it.
