Project and packages synchronization

Enable the following option to keep the project in sync with the defined dependencies in the bower.json file if any:

• install missing packages: packages defined in bower.json as dependency or devDependency but not available in the bower_components folder
• track extraneous packages: packages installed in bower_components folder but not defined in the bower.json file
• apply all: install missing packages and add extraneos packages to the bower_components folder
