Add @domain to chasquid-util --help where appropriate #14

This makes it more clear how to specify which domain the user being operated on is the sub-command targeting when using --help. It also uses user@domain to be consistent with the man page.

I've squashed the two commits into one to keep history tidy, and also did a few amends since these parameters are also meaningful in the code, so they need to match.

The resulting commit e68ee86 has been merged into the next branch. I will move it to master in a few days and will be included in the next release.
