Intermittently Albert does not automatically start after Suspend or Restart (Fedora Workstation 39, all updates applied)

Current Behavior

This is a very recent bug (January 20-23 in 2024)

Sometimes but not always Albert does not respond to the invoke key (Super-Space) after a Suspend or Restart even though it is set in Settings-->Keyboard-->View and Customize Keyboard Shortcuts-->Custom Shortcuts
Even tho Gnome-Tweaks is assigned to autostart Albert on a system restart. Reassigning Albert to launch on Restart has no effect.
Checking the the System Monitor shows that Albert is no longer running as far as I can tell.
Using the Gnome Overview to type 'Albert' and hitting return, brings it back to full functionality.

Expected Behavior

I expect Albert to run like it did a few days ago where it was reliably present after a system Suspend and Restart.
