Document where python extensions must be placed #542

It should be pretty intuitive meanwhile. Every extesnsion has its own directory named after the id of the extension. The python extensions reside in the folder "modules" in the plugins data dir. ~/.local/share/albert/prg.albert.extension.python/modules. A docu will follow.
