Add some help documentation in the interface #2

Currently the app uses terminology directly from the HiLink datasheet without any explanation. It would be nice to have some helpful messaging in the interface, possibly in the form of tooltips, to describe to users what each setting is doing in plain language.

It would be great if there was a bit more documentation, this tool is basically the only way to configure these sensors, but it's currently a bit hard because it's hard to tell what to do with the sliders.
