Meross integration does not show after install? #328

Describe the bug Recently installed HA to a pi4. Installed the drayton wiser integration from hacs. Following restart this showed in the integrations page and discovered devices. Installed this meross integration from hacs and restarted. It does not show anywhere within integrations as per the documentation but I cannot see any errors. I tried removing and reinstalling; same issue.

Looks like this was a browser caching problem despite me thinking I had cleared it. I opened HA on another browser and meross appeared. Now working.
