I would like to open force curves from asylum (igor pro 6.04) with hooke, but I got an error message while trying to generate list. The same happens when I tried to open force curves done with nanoscope 6 (Veeco).

Hello.  Could you cut and copy the error messages that you receive when you try 
to generate the list please?

It would be good if you can also attach an example of curve for the asylum and 
the nanoscope.

For the nanoscope I have to tell you that it may be problematic, the Veeco 
software write the files in a really strange way, look also at the "Issue 40".
