Consider adding Kubernetes Ingress object as configuration target #19

And document what romulus options would be available per target (vulcand, k8s ingress).

:+1: We're definitely planning to switch over to native Ingress support on my cluster. Having Ingress support in Romulus would allow us to keep using Vulcan/Romulus for load balancing.
