See attached setup.cfg for [egg_info] and [epydoc] configuration options that 
should be placed in 
the root of the project. When you tag a version you get rid of the [egg_info] 
section in the 
setup.cfg.

To use it with epydoc run: epydoc --config=setup.cfg
