Development Merge: Updated Navbar, Account Management, and Changelog #20

The merge brings main up to the latest dev branch as of 3/29/24. This release brings the updated navigation bar and replaces the old nav bar w/ placeholders. This update also introduces self account management, so now users can create an account and manage their email, password, and display name. They can also choose to delete their account if wanted. This update also introduces the framework for user profiles, with separate public facing data stored on a separate Firestore Database. Privacy is important so if you request to delete your account, all data stored related to your user id (uid) will be deleted in the process. Finally, this update includes a (not very up to date) changelog page.
