[scripts] transfer_infotable overwrites position qualifiers with the same position value

When trying to add 2 positions with the same position value but different qualifiers, and there exists already one statement for the same position value but without qualifiers, then both positions are overwritten in the place of the previously existing statement.

Example: Joaquim Abargues i Feliu

Solution:

• the first position should overwrite the existing one
• the second position should be added
