[Feature] inform of updates and update olx from within client #668

within the client, it tells you when new updates are available and allows you to download them and install them from within the client. this would just make it more professional, more continuously accessible to people who download the game without following the message boards (so that they dont get frustrated when servers stop allowing them to play), and be one of the features that the game should have eventually, especially if a console port is made.

We have the news page, we could put it in front of user if it clicks Internet games button, if there are more news. And installing OLX on different systems is way different, f.e. we don't even have installer for Windows, just ZIP archive, so user should reinstall it manually. I understand users are lazy asses, but hey, we are too.
